Our office participates with most Delta Dental and Blue Cross/Blue Shield insurance plans. As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to assist in billing other insurance carriers and in estimating the portion of treatment for which you will be responsible. This portion is due at the time of service unless financing arrangements have been made in advance. To help us, please bring your current insurance information to each visit.
